3 Service Area

Our services are available throughout Sheffield and surrounding areas.

Note: Bookings outside our standard operating radius may incur additional travel fees.

4 Payment

Pricing includes all equipment, materials, insurance, and travel within the service area.

Accepted Methods: Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Card, Apple/Google Pay.

Payment is due upon completion unless a commercial contract has been agreed in writing.

5 Booking & Scheduling

All bookings are managed through our automated system.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances or equipment failure. Full notice will be provided.

6 Access & Security

Customers must provide safe access. Keys, fobs, or codes are required for Airbnb and commercial sites.

All staff are vetted and trained in security. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding access codes.

7 Insurance & Liability

We carry public liability insurance for damage or accidents caused by our staff.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or structural issues.

Important: Please report any concerns within 24 hours of service.

8 Health & Safety

We use professional-grade products and follow strict safety measures. COSHH sheets available on request.

Customers must inform us of any specific hazards or health conditions present at the property.

9 Quality Assurance

All work is checked for quality. We strive for a spotless finish every time.

Feedback is encouraged and used to maintain our high standards across Sheffield.

11 Staff & Training

13 Cancellation Policy

Residential Services

48+ hours: No charge

24-48 hours: 50% charge

< 24 hours: 75% charge

Same day: 100% charge

Airbnb & Commercial

72+ hours: No charge

48-72 hours: 50% charge

24-48 hours: 75% charge

< 24h / Same day: 100% charge

Exceptions: Genuine emergencies are considered at management discretion.

14 Data Protection

We comply with GDPR and UK data protection regulations. Your information is secure and only used for service delivery.

15 Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. Claims must be made within 30 days.

16 Variations

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
